After having graduated in Home Science and Library Science from Rajasthan University, Ms Manisha taught in some of the renowned schools in Rajasthan. Her passion for teaching young children attracted her towards Early Childhood Education. Post the completion of NTT Training, Ms Manisha is now the Head Mistress at Shemrock Incredible. She believes that the Shemrock Curriculum is designed for children to excel based off the exposure they get in the class room environment. Further, the curriculum is flexible enough to meet the needs of all children in the classroom.

Children between the age group of 2 to 2.5 years are enrolled in Grade ShemFoundation Jr. Shemrock's basic philosophy focuses on the satisfaction of the children’s inquisitive minds through concept clarity. Therefore, all the activities have been designed to develop the social, cognitive, linguistic and physical skills in children.
Children between the age group of 2.5 to 3.5 years are enrolled in Grade ShemFoundation Sr. Shemrock's primary focus is to lay a strong foundation for our children to ensure a smooth transition to formal schooling. Therefore, all the activities have been designed to develop the reading, writing and logical skills of the children.
Children between the age group of 3.5 to 4.5 years are enrolled in Grade ShemPrep Jr. Shemrock's curriculum ensures that all the activities in this grade have been designed to develop the reading, writing and logical skills of the children. Children between the age group of 4.5 to 5.5 years are enrolled in Grade ShemPrep. Sr. The primary focus in this grade is to lay a strong foundation for our children to ensure a smooth transition to formal schooling.

At Shemrock, we understand that the security of your child is of utmost importance. The In-Out times of the children along with that of the cabs are notified to the parents on the Parent Communication App.
At Shemrock Incredible, our passions for education pushes us to go one step ahead than just the textbook learning. Inculcating strong values, ensuring development in gross motor skills, building various social skills etc are some of the key aspects that we work on.
Earth Day Celebrations At Shemrock Incredible, we ensure that children stay abreast of the events around the world. At Earth Day Celebrations, we taught our children as to how the Earth is being polluted in various ways and how it is important to start thinking about ways with regards to how to minimize the impact of the same. Children dressed up in the Earth Day Theme and enjoyed creating a various craft objects.
Annual Day was cebrated at our School with great enthusiam by the children. They had a dance performance on a bollywood song . Children also acted as Animal Characters in a Drama Presentation with their Teacher. Each Child individually gave a solo performance of Poem Recetation on mic. This helps in Bringing Confidence in a child and make them stage Smart. They are also given guidance that they should not be afraid of the large number of audience and be cofident. These are the Basic years of the child learning which will help them in there later years of school and College.
